Returns or Exchanges

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. Please contact customerservice@BellaCurves.com the return date will be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Packages received after that date will be issued a merchandise credit. Credit will vary depending on the current sale price of the item being returned. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Your merchandise credit will be mailed or e-mailed to you.

All returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn) with all hang tags and labels attached.
Any items returned in any condition other than originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Instructions

1. Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Use the address found on the form to send the items back. If you cannot find the included form, contact us at returns@BellaCurves.com for the return address and the exact instructions.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. All returns should be sent to the address below using any traceable method such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL or for a small fee USPS.

3. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Once we receive the garments, we will notify you via mail or email of the refund, store credit or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange and the item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will advise you via email and a credit will be applied to your account.

Credit Card Refunds

Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be made within 48 hours of a products scheduled ship date.

Customer information policy

BellaCurves collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers' shopping experience. In doing so, we realize we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell online customer information to any outside company or third party.

If at any time you would like us to delete your registration information, feel free to contact us at unsubscribe@bellacurves.com (by unsubscribing you will no longer receive any seasonal specials etc).

Order information

Protecting your order information is a priority to us. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than BellaCurves

Sales Tax

We charge required local and state taxes for Connecticut residents only. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system.

Shipping

Types of Delivery:

Standard (Ground):

Standard orders will be processed, pending credit card approval, within four business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Overnight (Air):

Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day if orders are received by 12 noon EST and credit card authorization is obtained. Please note that overnight delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii, PO Boxes, Rural Routes, APO/FPO, and all other orders outside the Continental United States. Also note that we do not offer USPS Air delivery for Saturday delivery. All air orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Friday only

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipments

BellaCurves.com offers fast and reliable domestic shipping via USPS. We currently do not ship outside of the US. When using expedited shipping (2nd day or Next Day Air), orders received by 12 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same business day (or the next business day if the order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday), once the billing and credit information have been verified and authorized. When using Ground, allow 1-2 days for order processing, and 3-7 business days for shipping.

In order to avoid any possible delays in the delivery of your purchase, please provide complete billing and shipping information (including a phone number).

Note: Please be reminded that a signature upon delivery is required for the following orders
• orders over $250,
• shipments made to apartments
• next business and 2nd business day shipments

BellaCurves.com standard delivery service within the Continental U.S. is USPS Ground service where the order should arrive within three to seven business days. We also offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services. Order status and tracking

Order Confirmation

If you provide a valid email address at the time you place your order you will receive two confirmations
• The first will confirm the placement of your order
• The second will confirm the shipment of your order

Out of Stock Items

While BellaCurves makes every effort to have items in stock, occasionally certain items sell out. Any out of stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in the shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address)

Tracking Your Order

If your order is shipped via USPS an order tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier

Delivery Time

When estimating when your BellaCurves merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:

- Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing
- Overnight orders placed after 12 noon EST will not be processed until the following day
- Deliveries only occur on Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays
- Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday
- There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carries do not pickup or deliver.
